Footsteps Photography work in your own home, or on location in Kent, S.E. London, Essex and Surrey capturing beautiful images of your family. We have a fully equipped mobile digital studio which we bring to you to create breathtaking portraits of your baby, children and family, and following selection and retouching, finished portraits can be ready in as little as one week.
Another hot day in a field, and more horsey photos! I think they were just as hot and lethargic as I was, as they seemed quite content to just stand and be photographed.
Introducing Aiden, who despite regular milk top ups was very reluctant to sleep during his photo session, until his mum Karen started up the vacuum cleaner! Good thinking Mum!
Things have been so hectic here that I’m playing catch-up with the blog, so here are a few posts about what we’ve been up to lately.
It was a pleasure to photograph Georgia and Joe a few weeks ago. Georgia and Joe along with their mummy Dionne were such fun to work with, and a really cheerful little pair, not to mention being lightning fast across the white vinyl background floor!
Saturday May 7th was the date for the annual BHPA Masquerade Ball at Bromley High School. 280 guests were in attendance dressed in their finest and ready to party till the early hours, and party they did!
I was delighted to be asked to attend to capture images of the guests, both in the setting of our mobile studio, and at their tables for group shots. Say hello to Liv. We had a fantastic, fun, home photo session starting off with the white background to burn off her energy, then moved on around the house so she could show me all her toys, ending with a tea party on the steps by the back door, by which time I think we were both fit to drop!
This is 3.5 week old Ruby, who really did not want to sleep for me! There are so many great images from this session that it is difficult to choose which ones to show, but here’s a small selection.
We are looking for 10 children aged 3 – 10 years old to take part in outdoor mini photo sessions within the next few months. The sessions will be free, and each child will receive a complimentary 10″x8″ black and white print.
The sessions will take place at various outdoor locations around the Gravesend area of Kent and you will need to make your own travel arrangements to and from the location.

Which means we will now be able to start booking our ‘Natures Studio’ outdoor sessions in our local beautiful country park setting.
This year we shall also be offering Natures Studio mini sessions for the first time, a wonderful opportunity to capture fantastic images of your family whilst enjoying the great outdoors and at a discounted price! These mini sessions will only take place on certain days during the summer, and places must be booked in advance, so watch this space for further details and be ready to book quickly when dates are announced.
